Start with SYFERS v1.4. The framework page carries the full specification with methodology notes and a working repository of Lab-issued documents.

Cite a document

Documents in the repository carry a commit hash and a Lab signature. Cite a document by its title, hash, and date. The repository is the citable surface.

Each Lab has a contact discipline. Write through the federation inbox; lens routes the message and the receiving Lab replies within five working days.

Friends are tracked on people, the federation CRM. Becoming a Friend is a Charter-defined step. It carries no obligation and no fee; it carries a relationship.
